Hi, My name is Vikas Jindal. I am working in hcl technologies ltd. and i am corporate employee. My mother named Mrs. Santosh Jindal is holding a/c in your bank with company name M/S RAM DHAN JINDAL and a/c number is [protected] in the branch Naya bazar for more then 3 months now and my mother has requested for internet banking for more then 2 months however whenever she asks for user id and password to be provided they always say this is current a/c and we have placed request in mumbai branch and it is delayed from their end . When i went with my father to request for same they responded gently and said when user id will come they will inform however that has been told 1month back and since then i havn't received any call regarding that and moreover after keep on chasing with them i reached nowhere. Bank also charges customer if respected balance is not maintained then why this delay in providing just little information . I have to leave my work and chase with your bank every now and then for this and if by registering complaint only work is done then i am sorry to say bank needs to improve to provide better services to its customer. I have never came across such delay by your bank in past as i believe central bank tries their best to provide best ever service to their customers then why in this case. You understand that my mother has to keep asking them and it is quite difficult for her to go in branch and ask information when she can manage from home i[censored]ser id is provided.
