Central Bank Of India — we need to close my one account

My father have two account in same bank, central bank of india so know we want to close one account but bank officer said cannot close so please solve my problem.

Note: when i submit application for closing one account bank officer said
D link not give permission to close account and he said we will not close account. So know what i do.
