HELLO Sir/Madam
I Sunny Dalal passed tenth exam in 2002 from Mahendra model school Rohtak and twelth in 2004 from G.D. Sr.Secondary School Rohtak Haryana. Tenth marksheet showing name-SUNNY DALAL and twelth marksheet showing SUNNY.Previous one is correct which has name and surname.Sir i want to include my sirname-DALAL in my 12th marksheet but i cannot approach to you through my 12th school because now there is no such school exist, its building also gets broken.
How can I resolve it ?????????/

I had applied for a passport in Dec2007, in Banda, and it was registered under file no. lkoz340589 dated 23-12-07. A police inquiry and the L.I.U. inquiry was conducted, I was available that time and both cleared and after one week i checked the status in my district passport office they informed me that your form send to lucknow for final process with Later No-P13/8 on 21Jan 2008, but now after one month the status of my passport is not available in online Status enquiry. when i called to passport office lucknow they told me your form is not send by your district but i receive the Later No from my district office .I have don M.C.A, and i am receiving job offers from abroad. Hence, I shall be grateful if you would kindly inform me the status of my passport and whether you will be in a position to issue the same or not?

Now it had become awesome to get corrected the Date of birth certificate in C.B.S.E. certificates.In Kerala it was not mandatory to produce the D.O.B certificate at the time of Admission and so much importance is not given to it then.But now, seeing the entered date varies with the actual date, and how it could be corrected soon becomes really a problem for most of the parents, especially when one have to apply for Indian Passport.

In both my certificate my name is Mannu Grover & I Changed my name as manav grover. I Published this in newspaper & even in my PAN card my name is Manav Grover, In my bank account my name Manav Grover.

Hey, no need to worry, just go to CBSE head office in preet vihar, Delhi and show copies of passing certificates there and fill application form for duplicate marksheet. You will get the copy soon after you finish all the formalities. And please, don’t lose them again. And, if you are a careless person like me then just take any professional help for management of your documents as I am also thinking of the same. Also, go to cbse website and download the application form from there and send it to the respective regional office.
But, I also have a query that for those who want duplicate copy of their marksheets, is it required to submit affidavit and press clipping. I am asking this because I downloaded the form from the CBSE website and with that form there were rules also mentioned. According to those rules, a person requiring duplicate copy is not required to submit affidavit and press clipping. These are required for only triplicate copies. So, I sent the apllication forms according to those rules to the Ajmer office of CBSE. But yesterday after 15 days of waiting for the marksheets, I again searched the internet and came across the above link in which it specifies that affidavit and press clipping are required for duplicate copies also. My complaint is that why can't CBSE be more professional and update their websites more often. This is ridiculous on their part.
