R/sir I have booked holiday home at Agra for the date of 11.05.2017 to 13.05.2017 through ICICIC Bank Credit Card. The amount of rooms changes has debited from my Credit card Rs. 860/-. But till date i have not received conformation letter on my e-mail. ID i.e. [protected]@gmail.com. Therefore i requested you to kindly e-mail. my conformation letter on above e-mail. I have booked holiday home at Delhi for the date of 06.062017 to 07.06.2017 through CENTRAL BANK OF INDIA NET BANKING. The amount of rooms charges has debited from my Account Rs. 360/-. But till date i have not received confirmation.
Therefore i requested you to kindly refund amount.
