Central Industrial Security Force — Missing of gpf amount

I am a member of cisf, working since 29. 5. 81. Mycisf / gpf no. Was[protected] upto 25. 8. 12. And my gpf account was goingon correctly. On 25. 8. 12 my number changed. Now[protected]. From 2013 - 14 my gpf subscription is depositing in it. But the old amount from 81 - 82 to 2012 - 13 is not added in new account. Last three years i submitted many applications to my department. But no result. How i will get back my 32 years gpf amount? Please help.
