Central Plan Scheme Monitoring System [PFMS] Complaints & Reviews

I didn't get my scholarships yet. Status shows verified and bank validation successfully and payment send to pfms. When i check my payment status on this site. It has been showing status as under processing (Bank"cbs") since 1 month. It is been 1 month and my scholarships yet not be cleared. Please help me regarding this.

The pfms online of the government of india is very slow and the speed is like a dial up internet speed.in the govt. We are unable to get the reports and are getting error message whenever access it. Time is wasted in accessing the reports. This undermines the overall image of this govt's "digital transformation". Kindly do the needful to improve the service at the earliest to avoid bad name

I am research scholar in department of mathematics nit kurukshetra. I not get my jrf scholarship from 01/07/2016 to till date. My id is 201415-netjrf-10313-1. Ugc official tells file is on your side. I make my continuation on that dbt portal from 01/07/2016 to 31/12/2016. I also went to the canara bank shashtri bhagwan janpath they told me file is sent to ugc and ugc said file is sent to pfms. That's why i requesting you to issue the scholarship as soon as possible in my account

My payment status shows that “Payment send to Ministry for further processing”.

I visited website ‘Public Financial Management System-PFMS’ and checking ‘known your payment by Account Number’.

The result is ( Bank Txn Date - 28/03/2017 ) status is ( Under Processing [Bank CBS] ).

Almost all of my friends got this scholarship. Please clear my scholarship amount as soon as possible.

I am ejaz khan and i am very poor with high dreams, i have no source of incme for my studies and fees.
I scentioned my scholarship 1year back and i didn't go money till now, and it says on pfms website as underprocessing bank cbs (Account no. [protected] syndicate bank).
I think some corrupt person eat my scholarship. I am poor guy fecing issues for my fees payment for my scholarship.
