Respected sir/mam,
I applied for ministry of minority's scholarship scheme under the category of "merit cum means scholarship for professional and technical education". But my scholarship payment failed at bank level due to some unknown reasons (Failure reason r11, file attached, 2018-19 scholarship payment), besides my bank account was active and aadhaar was also linked. Then pfms/nsp sent text message to make bank account operational and link aadhaar to it upto 12 may 2019, after that they will retry for failed payments. From feb. 2020, pfms started retrying process for failed payments of 2018-19 scholarship applications, but i didn't receive any payment.
Now i'm requesting you kindly solve this issue or forward this complaint to concerned officials of ministry of minority affairs on behalf of me so that i can receive my scholarship payment of 2018-19.

Central Plan Scheme Monitoring System [PFMS] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I visit the bank and talk to manager of my bank
He analyse my all transactions and said
My aadhaaar card is already seeded to my account all transactions done in my account
There is no issue in my account
Manager also confuse about the failure of scoloship payment
I did not understand what is the perfect reason to failure of my scoloship
Plz help me
Very much need of money
In my class every one get the scoloship
Plz refund scoloship amount
Plz take a action
