I am your bank customer under the scheme of CSIR UGC NET JRF.
Actually these was my last installment of fellowship in order to get a fellowship I have already upl0aded all documents like HRA, Continuation and annually contigency report of month July, August, september 2019, total three months.
It was uploaded On 14 October 2019 after one week pfms released first one month fellowship and when I checked online on pfms portal it was shown me under the bank cbs processing and after I lt will be failed because of insufficient balance.
Same story happens to next two months fellowship.
I have kindly request to you please help me... And solve my problem as soon as possible.

    Central plan scheme monitoring system [pfms] — payment failed stating the reason for failure as balance insufficient/miscellaneous-others -[4]. Now my bank account has minimum balance. Kindly let all such students informed about the reasons for failure so that they can resolve that issue from their side earlier and please recredit the amount as soon as possible to all the students accounts who are facing this issue.

    Problem got solved. After 15 days the amount got credited in the account.

      My name is rahul kumar verma and i'm getting netjrf fellowship through pfms. For the month of july, august and september my payment failed due to insufficient balance/miscellaneous/others [4]. It is showing for current fellowship as well as for current hra. If there is any possibility of contacting pfms personnel please let me know.

      Mera abhi yeh prblm he bolrai apka paisa payment hua.
      Make sure you have the minimum account balance (MAB) of Rs1, 000 in your Canara Bank account. That may be the reason behind the failure.

      Now, I have minimum balance in my account. Any idea how much time they will take again to perform the retransaction and do i need to make any grievence to pfms/ugc or any changes to the data i have submitted to ugc regarding the same. Kindly help.

      Sir yh minimum balance ki wajah se hua hai kya...mera bhi same problem hai.
      In about a week, the pending payments should be deposited in your account. No grievances should be required.

                  I, soumya bin had applied for ishan uday scholarship. It went smooth by the time and on 2nd september 2019 there was the transaction but it was failed for reason r-11. I want to know why i got that type of error in the transaction and would be solicited to get help in solving this issue and have my scholarship money.

                                If this amount is credited quickly then i will pwy college semester fee . So please help me sir.

                                  On 2018 i applied scholarship in National scholarship portal . But till now the scholarship amount is not Credited . The Status shows on PFMS site Under Processing bank .
                                  Since 2016 till now I haven't received my scholarship of higher secondary education. The reason of failure was adhaar mapping didn't exist, but I have submitted all the documents to bank already. But there is no response till now of credit of the scholarship. Kindly look into this matter.
                                  I would like to notice that, i haven't received my scholarships i.e., post matric under minority schemes
