Sir, It's really necessary for me to have this scholarship for studying further, I'm studying in UNIVERSITY OF ALLAHABAD and doing BCA 1 YEAR, I'm an OBC student, all others are getting their scholarship but mine scholarship money is not coming, only 4770 rupees, had come out of 60, 000.
