Central Railway — Official of Ticket Counter - GPO lane

Yesterday, Wed 16th April at 11 a.m. only two ticket counters were open. People have to stand in long serpentine queues. Your officials were busy talking on their mobiles and people had to wait. Suggest you open up more counters for ticketing. Your officials need to talk and behave decently with public specially senior citizens and ladies. It would be ideal if separate queues are made for senior citizens and handicaps, whereby they are able to get their tickets faster. Western Railway has this facility so why not Central Railway.
