Central railway is doing a pathetic job when it comes to running local trains especially for long distance commuters from places like Ambernath/Badlapur/Karjat etc. The crowd in the train is unbearable, it becomes jam packed in Ambernath itself even though it is a Ambernath starting train. This is because the frequency of the trains currently is like once in 20-30 mins which is pathetic considering the number of people who travel to work from these places. The trains halts at places like Kalyan, Dombivili, Thane etc which already have enough trains running for them. On the down side, commuters from Dombivili and Kalyan board fast trains meant for Ambernath/Badlapur/Karjat because they are fast while most of the trains running to Dombivili/kalyan are slow trains resulting in even more crowd in trains to Ambernath/Badlapur. It is sincere request to Central railway to come up with solutions to better manage the crowd like Western railway. Western railway is doing a commendable job for its commuters even if they are travelling from places like Virar.

      I am ms Aishwarya lakshminarayanan . I daily travel from dockyard road to goregaon . Off late i find that there are dailiy crockroached in the ladies second and first class compantyments in all the trains what ever time . I feel that the compartments are not cleaned and properly disinfected . I request urgent action immediatly in the matter

        At RB IV Railway Officers Colony Kalyan west
        there are 4-5 dogs...
        They sit right from terrace to in front of door...
        Also a fatal incidence has been avoided where one of this dog was about to bite 18 months baby who was well inside house.

          A 9.01 ambernath is coming on 9.17
          And i am waiting since last half an hour for a kalyan train which was timed on 9.11
          But hasn't turned up till now.. Because i need a bhandup stopping train.
          Everyday its the same situation. Every single day trains are late.
          The timings are from dadar station.
          Kuch toh karo warna public chhodegi nai ab.
          Kitna bakwas service hai.

            My one no. Is [protected] travelling from nasik to jalgaon in ac 3.
            The water bottle machine operator on platform no.2 was unable to supply new bottle with water at the rate of rs.8 as per instructions written on board.
            But the lady sitting inside stall is giving water in used bottle. She is unable to supply water in fresh bottle.

                I VEERASIGAMANI MURUGHESAN, aged 51, residing at 703, RAJGIR SADAN, 7th Floor, Opp. SION RLY STATION, SION, MUMBAI - 400 022, would like to request your good office to repair & maintain the staircase which has entry from the L B S MARG, is very dirty & filthy & it has no railings too.
                I am a paralytic patient & I am finding difficult to reach & come out of the SION RAILWAY STATION.
                Hence I request your good office to look into the matter & do the needful.
                Moreover, two wheeler owners are riding till near the platform No1 entrance (coming riding through the pedestrian subway, that too in speed & parking their two wheelers on the passengers way.
                Because of this the commuters finding difficult to walk to & from the railway station

                  Complaint details : this is to inform you that i was travelling through kushinagar express 11016 on 22 august 2018 my "pnr no. [protected]" coach number s13 seat 73, 74. By the time the train reached manmad to kalyan the illegal and unauthorised hawkers walk in the train. This led misguiding of my belongings which includes 2phones one of samsung and opportunity and very costly medicine which was to be given to my child necessary and brown purse credit cards debit cards and cash 16000. This was the fault of the respected organisation who don't keep eye on the train due to which illegal hawkers comes in the and tries to sell which leads to theft. The railways should compensate my all loss which is to recoverd by indian railways. Or less i should have necessary action on the train committee and staff n other officer. I have also filed an fir the number of fir is 2293 kalyan grp but there has been no response from the respect officer and i have also called on 182 ie railways security number. My total loss is 48000 which is big amount for a middle class man please help to get compensation for my all loss and make proper justice to me. Hoping for your valuable consent on my issues to your oragnisation

                  Travel on first class coaches on Harbour line have become cruel joke. People without valid tickets occupy seats in first class coaches without any fear. Ticket inspectors hardly show-up, or if they show-up once in a blue moon, they only come during non-peak hours.@Central_Railway

                    I am a regular passenger in harbour line local from panvel to /tilak nagar kurla station. But to my dismay, considerable unauthorized passengers board the first class compartment since there are no regular presence/on board check of tte. These problem increases specially from mankhurd onwards to cstm, where it becomes free for all. We first class passengers end up paying several times for first class ticket/passes but railway authorities are least concerned about their difficulties.
                    If railway authorities can't depute tte everywhere, at least they should provide some section wise mobile no (Whatsapp) where passengers can alert the presence o[censored]nauthorized passengers to railway authorities/ tte to take action.in this way railway also can increase their revenue and in turn can help travellers a comfortable journey.

                      Hi team,

                      I am traveling in mumbai local trains since 15 years from ambaranth to dadar. I have observed in morning trains always reach late to destination (Dadar/cst). Its really bad to say that this is not a one or two days problem it happens every day. Minimum 10-20 mins delay is very usual sometimes it cross 20 mins delay. This is not expected from central railway it adds extra time to our traveling time which is not accepted if its everyday. Please work on this sincerely and take out some way. This is problem for more then 100k travelers.

                      In-case you feel it cannot be managed then either reschedule train timings accordingly or suspend whoever is responsible for this and hire better person for in this position so that he can do this job.

                        Dear sir i travel daily from. Kalyan to dadar at 7.30 am but every alternate day we get a train with coaches in ladies compartment having single sided seat. This causes a lot of inconvenience to all commuters. Most if the ladies rush hour with their daily chores n take a train.. Making them stand again throughout the journey to office is inhuman. It's a request on behalf of all commuters that trains with such coaches shud be cancelled or sent during non peak hours.

                          It is very unfortunate that the central railways is encouraging general ticket holders and pass holders in reserved coaches to increase their revenue. These people in turn enter the reserved coaches and threaten the people who have valid reserved seats to share it with them. Unfortunately it was harrowing experience that too in the city of mumbai and ending at pune. My journey on 30th oct on udyan express was made horrible by the passengers. There was no rpf, no tte for the s12 coach. The pnr# of my ticket was [protected].
                          57133 bijapur-raichur passenger train, is schduled at 18.05pm at gulbarga railway station, but this train has never reached at its scheduled time therefore this train is delayed everyday for more than 2 hours. We the people of gulbarga are suffering alot from this delay.

                            Today i was at kolhapur railway station since 3 am for tatkal ticket. That time there was no person present there. As time goes on 8-10 person gathered. During 5.30 am there one one man come and showing list of waiting person of 18 ac and 19 sleeper class. When i protest against it, a group of people gathered quickly and trying to threaten me. Later i come to know this people are agent. They do it daily, frame bogus list and blackmail the railway ticket.
                            And people who standing in line if they protest about it they come in bunch and threatend them. I request you sir, please expose this people so that common people can serve journey

                              Please note that staff who are working at akola central railway are very smart to keep change of balance money from passagers taking advantage of passengers are in rush to catch the train.

                              Incidence has happened today i was travelling to wardha from akola had given 105 rs where as along with tickets he hasn't given balance 20 rs lateron when i found that he has desperately not given chage had visited tic counter again..

                              Since many passagers list bother about tick amount and money but railway staff are taking undue advantages of the same..

                              Please note my complaint and take appropriate action.

                                We both ladies were travelling in cheran express from coimbatore to chennai on july 29 in b1 coach (Tc name is m durairaj) unfortunately i lost my original id proof, so i produced e aadhar, he didn't accept, though e aadhar is a valid id proof, he was so rude when we tried explaining. He made us sit and is giving explanation which is totally unrelated to it. He was threatening that he can make us get out of train at that abnormal time. Please bring awareness among tcs and ask them to be little genuine

                                  I have been travelling in 1st class compartment of local central railway from Kurla to Badlapur regularly since last 2 months.

                                  There are lot of IInd class ticket holders or may be without ticket commuters travelling in 1st class compartment, and since last 2 months i have not seen a single ticket checker checking the 1st class compartment ticketless travellers.

                                  These ticket checkers are enjoying the salary from the government and not doing their rightful duty, thereby inconvinencing the genuine 1st class ticket holders.

                                  Central Railway should make checking more stringent .
                                  I agree first class is so inconvenient in above route

                                    While travelling in the train daily
                                    Specially in harbour division they are providing a old train to us
                                    In that we are uncomfortable to sit & even to stand also
                                    & daily trains are 10mints late
                                    So atleast provide a better train to us atleast we can go comfortably go at our destination
                                    Plz braught new trains from western railway of Mumbai division

                                      Without thinking practically, Central railway has removed 2 seats each side of the gangway including in 1st class compartments.

                                      We are not sure why Central Railway want to inconvenence the passengers and make more people stand. Or even how much Central railway has saved, selling these uprooted seats. But these compartments look like "Maal dibba" and we dont want to travel in these handicapped trains.

                                      We want all the seats back in Central Railway trains.

                                      Also at Vittalwadi Station, they have removed the roof to build the overhead bridge. But the bridge is built long time ago. Yet the roof is not replaced causing inconvenience to passengers waiting in hot sun for the train.

                                      If the roof removed is already sold and made money, please replace the roof on the platform with new.

                                      At Vittalwadi station they removed the roof to build overhead bridge. The bridge is complete long time back. But the roof is not put back, causing lot of irritation and discomfort to passengers waiting for trains in platform.

                                      Please arrange to put the roof back with immediate effect. We will not want to know how much Central railway has saved by selling the removed roof in scrap. Please put the roof back on the platform.

                                        My daughter Rosmy Davis travelled in Duranto Express from Nagpur to Mumbai, arrival time in Mumbai CST stn. was 7.50 A.M. on[protected]. The Train arrived on the plat form No. 18 exactly at 8.46 A.M. today.

                                        we can understand the delay due to various factors. however, how can the misinformation / non information about the delay can be justified ? there was no announcements nor indicator. myself as well as many people were waiting for the train, but no idea about the delay and the train just moved into plat form No. 18.

                                          The incident took place on 11/05/2016 at the dadar station in mumbai. Further this incident is related to harassment by the chief ticket inspector at central railway dadar and the name of tte as communicated by him was deepak patil as he was not wearing the proper uniform so the name cannot be verified.
                                          The t. T. E. Tried to bribe us and used abusive language and threaten us by using abusive language and had wrongfully confined us and after much request by us he was convinced to issue a penalty of excess fare ticket or else he was continuously forcing us to provide bribe to him or else he will confine us and threaten us to beat and even he had pushed us and tried to beat us.
                                          Now, i would like to take legal action against this t. T. E for mentally and physically harassing us and for attempt to take bribe, and for the wrongful confinement.
                                          It is requested to you to take legal actions under relevant sections of indian penal code (Ipc)

                                            I am a regular traveler from Thane to Panvel like me there are various regular travelers in the same route from past 2 days we are facing issues with the train timings and their schedule.

                                            its a pathetic support system from this railway route no information to passengers even before changing the timetable there was feedback even from the day to day traveler.

                                            The people who have decided the timing they have not even thought about the peak hour rush and time demand as there are no panvel train available after 8:46 till 9:16 am even the morning fast train are cancelled.

                                            before making any decision one should have concrete plan proper communication so that the travelers should not be suffered.

                                            This decision need to be rechecked as in the evening there are no train after 6 till 6:34 for the people who are specially starting from panvel, kharghar, belapur as for eveyone the general office timing are from 10-6 or 9:30-6 office peoples life is in mess due to this.

                                            this timing need to be refixed with proper analysis.

                                                I had book ticket 26/12/15 latur to mumbai cst sleeper coach date of journey 27/12/15 on waiting not confirmed when journey this day sunday then no cancellation that day because sunday ticket office closed and net problem at latur station ticket window then i am cancelled ticket monday morning pnr no[protected] but no any amount refund when waiting ticket canceled then how it is possible no refund then please give me refund amount rs 670/- as early as possible

                                                  In Mumbai suburban train in the first class their is many passenger who has second class pass and they are traveling in the first class. there is no T.C. first class people are facing very difficulty fro traveling in spite of spending extra money.
                                                  I will start from The Indian Government. What is India good about ? They select illiterate people for the position of TC or any other position. These people then misuse their position and mess around just to have fun. India is so damn corrupt because of these people.
                                                  I was traveling from Indore to Bhopal the other day. It was late in the evening. I was sitting in Ladies general coach where this female TC comes in and starts to talk inappropriately with everyone. Those who tried to talk with her, she didn't listen, in return she stated talking in a very bad language. Without any argument, I silently started to record her act in order to have some proof of her misbehaviour. She comes to me, grabs my hand, pushes me back (which is a violent behavior) and snatches away my phone. It was 8 o clock at night and I had to go to lalitpur (Hometown). She took me to the magistrate where all the TCs were laughing, and having their snacks. She took 300/- Rs from me and left me there. Other TC's said if you record a video then we will charge a prosecution case against you and you will be in jail for 7 years with no bail. They threatened me. I tried to talk with the police and guess what was their response - " If you will work 12 hours a day then you will also get frustrated and that frustration we take out on passengers so keep up with that and try to understand ". In private sectors, if anyone misbehaves with the customers, they are fired. At the night around 8:30 PM, I was clueless what should I do. How will i reach home?
                                                  Someone station master helped me. She told me to take a next coming train till bina and then change from there to lalitpur. I couldn't sleep or sit with peace for a single minute the whole night and I reached lalitpur around 9 Am in the morning.

                                                  This teaches us that if you have the power you can misuse it and call it a duty. This is what Indian Government is about. Taking bribes is a part of their life.

                                                    Sir students and many other person, those who were working in mumbai or navi mumbai area and travelling daily basis they were facing lot of problem due to low frequency of train.so we are requesting central railway to put new local train in this route or please give stoppage of exp. train at pen railway station

                                                      Hi, Fed up by the delays caused by slow local trains of the country's most reliable means of transportation and also called the city's lifeline. If it is so valuable to the lakhs of commuters then why do you'll delay the trains by 30 minutes in the morning even when the weather conditions are normal There are people who want to go to work to Pune catching an outgoing train from Thane. But if your tortoise locals do not arrive on time what are we supposed to do. Neither is there an announcement if a local is going to come late just because it is early morning and no one is inspecting your job. please look into this matter with utter seriousness.

                                                        My daily travel route involves up and down mivement between thane and vashi.Firstly this route has been a sort of leftout one with no new rakes plying on this route.I would like to question the authority for this step moherly behaviour.Secondly, paying around 5 times the price of a regular ticket, first class commuters are forced to travel in unclean compartments and to tope it all, weared out seats which are highly uncomfortable.Though i don't expect a luxury but atleast basic comfort is what i would request for and cleanliness.Hoping my concern to be addressed by the authorities

                                                          Illegally Travelling in 1st Class Traveling on Harbous Line for last 3 Years, Every Day Lots of People Travel illegally in 1st Class compartments on the Harbour Line CST Bound Trains specially in Morning. People actually paying 3 times Fare suffers a lot. Railway should Run periodic Ticket Checking on Trains on Harbour Line and fine/penalize illegal commuters. Otherwise it is crime to take 3 times fare and not protect your consumers.

                                                            Respected Sir, I, Sunil Kumar Govind Mandal want to register my complaint against Central Railway in which I was traveling on 29/05/2014 from Patna to Mumbai in Train No. 13201 (Rajendra Nagar Kurla Express) Boggy No. S-7, Seat No. 44, 45, 46, 61 & 62 along with my family. The train was 4 to 5 hrs late and around Mughal Sarai when we woke up in the moring around 6 am, I didn't found my four suitcases which I was carrying. I complaint it to ticket collector who was present in my boggy but he didn't entertained me. On arriving Kurla Terminus I lodged FIR to the Railway Police of Kurla terminus about it all the details are attached with this letter in this mail. But till now I haven't got any information about my stolen valuable goods. Till now I was waiting in the hope that I will get some information about my goods but after 7 months I didn't got any information about it. So I am putting my complain to you.
