I ordered a rl 1 machine and also a ceratonic matt. I ordered this in the month of may and i recieved only a bed in the month of july but still i did not received a matt i ask ceragem worker so many time they did not give any response to me. I made a payment of rs 149000 against this. From the last few months they just gives excuses nd i did not received any response from them. Was this information helpful? | 
We have ceragem machine since Oct 2010 and its doesn't works. Had called ceragem at Paud road pune but wasnt of any help. Kindly assist as this machine is expensive and my parents use them.
