[Resolved]  CESC (Calcutta Electric Supply Corporation) — changing email id

Customer id [protected] meter in the name of Bhim singh Verma supply at p-16 chetla Railway kolkata and billing address 60/1A, paddapukur road kolkata -20. That the workshop is not running since last month due to labour shortage so there is no power consumption.
I request you to add my mail id [protected]@yahoo.com and mobile no [protected] for any future correspondence as you feel. Let me also inform the date of reading of meter so i will able to depute my representative at that time.

Dear Sirs,

On 11.08.2020, your electricians reconnected the power supply to the premises no. 174B, Santosh Roy Road, Kolkata – 700008.While reconnecting, they drew cables overhead, in spite of the fact that initially, the premises was connected with underground cable. The cable, from the nearest post, was drawn through our common space and exposingus to danger. The matter was brought to their notice and we were given to understand that the matter will be set to right as early as possible.

Again on 16.08.2020, may be due some problem, they again drew the cable overhead and the same was drawn by fixing the same with the iron grill of flat no. A2, of our premises. The cradling cable joined in parts in between, stays within easy reach of any body.

It is therefore requested that immediate steps be taken to set right the matter.
