CESC (Calcutta Electric Supply Corporation) — High Electricity Bill | |||
Respected Sir/Madam, I would like to ventilate my grievances through this letter. My consumer ID is [protected] and my Consumer No is [protected]. This Complaint is regarding my high bills with Bill No. : [protected] and Meter No : 1662213. I am a commercial user. I have a small store at 9, Rafi Ahmed Kidwai Road, Kolkata-700013 in which we usually run refrigerator for nearly 4 to 5 hours maximum in a day and 2 CFL bulbs which we enlight in the evening time for nearly 4 to 5 hours and have no fan. Though my December 2014 month consumption in bill was 50 units and January 2015 month consumption in bill was 43 units. But FEBRUARY 2015 month bill consumption is showing 97 units. I think either the meter reading is wrong or someone is hooking my electricity or someone is stealing from the meter box from inside. I was forced to raised a complain against a well esteemed Electricity Board. Please take action immediately and provide a solution. Regards, Mansoor Alam.
