Monopoly does not mean extortion. Please note that I have not received my bill and now receipt a disconnection notice stating " You have neglected to pay your bill..." It seems you have neglected to send the bill properly and ensure its receipt. I have been over charged by Rs. 4000/- total dues 2307.10 for sept'14. Total bill sent is Rs. 6300/-. i.e. current month bill for is for appox Rs. 4000/-. I do not have such high bills, especially with when I am running brand new Hitachi A/c. Explain the last date of calibration of meter, methodology of calibration, provision to check meter from external agencies, methodology of meter reading and most important reasons for such high bills.
