CESC (Calcutta Electric Supply Corporation) — Non receipt of bill through Internet Banking facility of SBI | |||
My consumer number is [protected]. I stay outside West Bengal and visit my flat once in three/four months. Therefore, I had got my consumer number registered with the Internet Banking Facility of State Bank of India. I was getting my bill information online through the internet banking portal of the Bank and made payment through net banking. The arrangement continued for quite some time without any hindrance. But I have not received any bill information in last three months and I am worried what went wrong. I want to know why I am not getting the bill information and whether any payment has become due in the meantime. Was this information helpful? | |||
