I am SOMNATH SAHA CONSUMER NO- [protected] . I paid October month’s electric bill 1177.49 through STATE BANK NETBANKING on 3/11/2014 at 10:59:32 A.M.. Transaction number is IG00DQIVZ5. Payment receipt not generated. Amount debited from my ACCOUNT. Please mail me the receipt at [protected]@gmail.com

CESC customer care sent me a mail to my email-id attaching the receipt on Nov 6, 2014.Thank you for solving my problem within a day.

Sir/Madam,
I want to inform you that I have received the receipt from CESC today.THANK YOU VERY MUCH to you.for solving my problem.
Sir i have paid my electric bill from paytm on 4-04-16 and the also deducted from my account. Now cesc off also taken the money with due amount .so what i will do my money is lost.
I need my money back. Please take some action sir
