CFL Capital Financial Services — Close the irrelevant consumer loan account

In my cibil report shows that there is an active consumer loan for an amount of Rs. 10, 000/- and CFL Capital Financial Services is a credit grantor. But i didn't have any such consumer loan. Hence, I request you to kindly close the irrelevant account from my cibil report.
