I, P V SivaRama Prasad holding savings Account in the matha towers branch with A/c No:[protected].
On[protected]paid Rs.77350.00 to CMFS towards CHALLAN TO Stamps and Registration fees, Govt of Andhra Pradesh through phone pay against UTR No:[protected]
Transaction ID:T2205231949271404049233.( Enclosed)
CFMS Transaction ID:[protected] ( Challan Enclosed)
Transaction failed status enclosed
An amount of Rs.77350.00 was deducted immediately from my account and status ofCFMS payment status is PENDING.( Challan Enclosed)
On 24.05.2022 I, approached the Axis bank, Matha towers Branch and registered complaint against SR NO: SAK[protected] ( Attached)
Complaints raised on Phone pe 3times and also on ombudsman Phonepe.
But phone pe without solving the problem closed the complaint 3times
So far, till to date, the amount was not received/credited to my account. This delay in blocking the amount causes mental tension of what is happening to my amount
The challan and Transaction slip along with my bank statement is herewith enclosed.
On 20.06.2022 again, I approached Axis bank, Matha Towers, Vijayawada and complained about the transaction against Complaint No:SAK[protected] ( ATTACHED).the axis ombudsman replied to contact the receiving entity.
Hence, it is requested to kindly verify and take necessary action accordingly AND relieve me from mental tensions

But phone pe without solving the problem closed the complaint 3times So far, till to date, the amount was not received/credited to my account. This delay in blocking the amount causes mental tension of what is happening to my amount The challan and Transaction slip along with my bank statement is herewith enclosed. On 20.06.2022 again, I approached Axis bank, Matha Towers, Vijayawada and complained about the transaction against Complaint No:SAK00001051937 . axis bank closed the complaint stating to contact the receiving entity Hence, it is requested to kindly verify and take necessary action accordingly AND relieve me from mental tensions
