CFMS — Refund not received for failed transaction in CFMS portal

I have not received refund for Failed transaction done to deposit balance undisbursed pension amount Rs 14000 on 8 November 2023 in CFMS official portal through e payment option with my SBI ATM Debit card ending 7533. Failed CFMS transaction id is [protected].remitter name[protected]jagannadhapuram.remitter id is[protected].challan no [protected].i have reported to bank who informed that complaint raised but I have not received back the refund amount till now.request to refund the money so that it can be paid back to AP government account
