CFMS — Refund not received for failed transaction CFMS transaction id [protected]

I, Zibunnisa, have not received refund for Failed transaction done to deposit balance undisbursed pension amount Rs 14000 on 8 November 2023 in CFMS official portal through e-payment option with my SBI ATM Debit card ending 7533. Failed CFMS transaction id is [protected].remitter name[protected]jagannadhapuram. remitter id is[protected]. challan no [protected]. i have reported to SBI bank dondaparthy branch where my bank account is and from which amount has been debited.Bank informed that complaint raised but I have not received back the refund amount till now after 7 working days. request to refund the money to my bank a.c so that it can be paid back to AP government account
