We are facing an issue with CFMS TRANSACTION, this transaction is showing still pending, it has to be cancel or failure, please cancel it or failure it. Please do the needful as soon as possible.

When I try to cancel challan, it saying already successful . Meaningless service of cfms .due to that again paid same amount to anothet SRO and proceeded with registation .but still not able to find out to get refund ..any pointers to get it ?
