Chaayos — Fraudulent Activity by Chaayos

This is an ongoing complaint. Previously I had raised a complaint about my prepaid Chaayos Bazar order done via their app, where the order was accepted but not delivered. Moreover, their tracking link wasn't even working; there wasn't any update via sms/email/whatsapp, and even after raising an immediate complaint through their customer care number and email there wasn't any immediate response! 6 hours after raising the complaint their Assistant Manager Supriya Solanki mails me asking the order no. even though it was mentioned but I resent it and since then no response has been provided!
The icing on this cake of 'Fraudulent' is the Orders section of their app which earlier was not even displaying the tracking page but now is showing that the order is Cancelled! And if the Chaayos Bazar cancelled my order then why have they not Refunded my money! Why weren't there any updates in the first place!
It's been more than 24hours since the placement of order and the first raised complaint yet no resolution has been provided!
