I could see that there is something wrong with the condition of installing different application that includes bank account creation. The bank (Kotak mahhindra bank) app requiring all possible security information like adhar no (Indian identity) and other details before the virtual account is created, and post creation there is no response from any branch. They have not provided any email info as to how the customer can inform about their grievances and no phone call is picked up. (It is totally like oneway communication without hearing whether the customer is accepting to create any account or not, which means that the customer is forced to create bank account with all security info he has for champcash activation, even if the customer has other savings bank accounts already) my referer mr.
