I could see that there is something wrong with the condition of installing different application that includes bank account creation. The bank (Kotak mahhindra bank) app requiring all possible security information like adhar no (Indian identity) and other details before the virtual account is created, and post creation there is no response from any branch. They have not provided any email info as to how the customer can inform about their grievances and no phone call is picked up. (It is totally like oneway communication without hearing whether the customer is accepting to create any account or not, which means that the customer is forced to create bank account with all security info he has for champcash activation, even if the customer has other savings bank accounts already) my referer mr. Dinesh (2996506, and no response from him, whats app no 91+[protected])

And moreover i could not see any valid survey sites

Refer your champcash order no. Fnob[protected]_1 was shipped to me th rough trackon courier services pvt. Ltd., under track i:[protected] dated 13th september, 2017. The was not delivered to me by the hyderabad people which was return to you with a remark stating that i have refused by me, the courier fellow talk to me through his mobile and asking me to come and collect the same at his office which is 3 kms from my residence. I made complaint to their head office but no response and also i have not received any response from you, neither the product got delivered to me nor the money is refunded to me. You may check the same with your courier and do the needful and in future avoid sending any material through them. An early response is awaited.
