[Resolved] Chanakya Ias Academy — Regarding irresponsible behaviour of one of your employees | |||
This is with reference to postal course(correspondence course) for which I had paid 20K in North Delhi centre to one of your employees Esha. The R.No of my payment is N/2290 .She has promised to send the materials within 7 working days.But it has been 10 days and still the material has not been even dispatched. On calling her, she responds by saying that she will call me back after looking into the details, but she has never responded back. She has done this thrice. Can I know the reasons? Please explain why reputed institute like Chankya is working in such irresponsible manner. Please respond me as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? | |||
