Chandigarh University — refunding of fees

I locked my seat at chandigarh university by paying 10, 000rs in advance on 27june, 2018 as this fee was refundable with a loss of rupees one thousand only, i have decided to take admission in your university but i couldn't take admission due to some reasons.
