I have ordered falken - sincera sn835, 5 tyres on fri, mar 11, 2016 for a cost of ₹ 11, 874. They did not bother to respond until mar end and i had to call their customer service to cancel the order. They confirmed in email that my order is cancelled and the refund is initiated on 01-apr-2016 but the amount is not credited back to my credit card yet as of 02-may-2016. I had ordered a pair of tyresfro changemytyre.com after enquiring that they have stock of the make i was looking for. I get a call after couple of days thet they dont have stock and hence wouldn't be able to take the order further and would be refunding the money. I have been in constant touch with them and advised them that i cannot see the refund. The phone number mentioned on their website is bogus, nobody picks it up. Nobody is replying...

Complaint against changemytyre

I ordered 4 Goodyear tyres on 17 dec(order# 14087) from Changemytyre.com . After lot of followups only 3 tyres were delivered . When I inquired about the remaining tyre, they started giving excuses that one tyre was left by the courier company and it will be dispatched soon. Now I am trying to reach them but no one is picking up the phone....

No response on my order

They are irresponsible, never respond to emails or feed back queries. The phone numbers given are switched off always. I tried three days. The bangalore number will attend the call but no use. Try the kalpetta, kannur numbers they are fake. an IVR ask us to leave a comment, nothing else happen. Most of the time the items will not be send on time. delay more than a month to ship the item Waiting long for a paid item is unfair. we can...

I booked blue color continental conti metropolis tubetype(size-3/R 17) which said delivery within three days So with reference to that I booked the Tyre with order no.3514 on 2/4/2013,12:50 PM.

When I did'nt get my tyre within delivery time, I enquired about the order through call and Email, Your Spokesperson (With Moble No.[protected]) said that there is no stock available in the Bengaluru Branch.
