fake company or what?

You bastard who are u trying to spoil name falsely. Every one is happy.if you have issue send written letter to management to get answer instead falsely framing .

cityland technologies is one of the group company in abhinav bharat group of companies having multiple projects.they are training unskilled freshers those who are seating ideally without jobs from the long years for which they are charging training cost by giving salary in return from the starting month itself.by this way unskilled gets skilled and are getting better opportunities.i agree with the above said comment-dnt propagate wrong sentences and comments-dnt spoil opportunities for freshers.

city land group is an upcoming fraud company, with no revenue whatsoever. The employees working their have to a lot salary for themselves. Please youngster who dream dont fall prey to this company..

This is not the way to train unskilled freshers.. I worked there for around 8 months and that Srinivas has not paid us salaries ..Everyday me and my colleagues went to his cabin so that he will give us some amount. The very first day when I joined the company he said He will pay us from our one lakh rupees but he did pay us. Everytime he say the one single statement I am getting investor from Mumbai but after three four days he statement completely changes to "I was getting investor and he was ready to pay us 100 Crore rupees but then you guys posted bad things about the company and because of this posting we lost our investor."


At the end of everymonth he speaks the same about investors. Go to hell srinivas You are only filling your pockets and from the poor freshers money, you are paying your kids tuition fee, house rent, swift car rent and nothing else.


God Please save poor freshers. The experience of Cityland nowhere exists I applied in five companies and also got the offer but when they checked my Cityland they seriously teared my Offer.

ids company is totally wrong if the company is good why they ask money as a security deposit, they wont agree a guranteer who is govt employee.

If there is a bond for 4 years, then why there is also a Security Deposit of 1 Lakh rupees. Is that amount used to develop the company?. Or is that to cheat the poor freshers.
Apart these 2 items, why there is a deduction in salary of 5000 for performance per month?. How a fresher can show the performance on Monthlt basis?. And moreover, the performance reviews happens half-yearly or yearly on common company standards. In that case, is this company following standards?.
And why there is deduction of Rs.2000 on the name of bonus?. Actually the bonus are to given by the employer based on their profit and revenue and that will a percentage of their revenue. But not deducted from employee salary itself and giving them as a bonus.
Totally this is a very less paid job with unneccessary security deposit payment and a long term bond of 4 years.
Not sure whether this people will pay monthly salary to employees or not.

This Cityland technologies we cant trust because..

1.Go to their Careers in http://www.cityland.in/careers u wont find openings for IT jobs and in this month July-2012 they are hiring Freshers for Different Domains..what is that means..?
2.No Proper Selection process is their for C, C#, Java, CPP, J2ME, PHP, DOT NET...etc ( Think once "How can any company Hire this many recruits on this many profiles..!!! )
3.My Daughter went their and attended and same they asked 10, 000, 00 Rupees as Security deposit and bond for 4-years..what it means..?
4.Why a Company Need a Capital from his undertaking emloyees as well as from Freshers, i agree with 'vino1909' and 'RajiSree'.
5.If they cant Afford new recruits then why want Fresher/Exp employees.
6.Bonus+SD+Extra charges will not be acceptable for new recruits.
7.ITS AN PROPERTY MARKETING PORTAL NOT A IT COMPANY (most important)

I am BE fresher 2012 graduate.I heard your company is a fraud company.You are not paying for freshers itseems and out of16790rs you are not paying properly.Your company deduct variable coding allowance 5000 rs how can u people do that You need to pay 5000 rs fot them and annual bonus 2000 rs you are trying to fool the freshers as you are deducting from the salary itself and you are paying to them only.THEN WHY 1 LAKH SECURITY DEPOSIT IS NEEDED????I WANTED TO JOIN THIS COMPANY, BUT BECAUSE OF MY FRIEND OPINIONS OF ALL THA MENTIONED HOW CAN I, IF YOU properly reply I WILL JOIN AND encourage My FRIENDS TO JOIN TOO.PLEASE REPLY ME TO THIS MAIL WITH VALID REASONS..
