I have booked a ticket from ixigo for 27th nov from chennai to mumbai and i have cancelled the ticket directly from the airlines. I have booked the ticket for 1907 and cancellation charges was 1442 and the airlines told me to contact the booking agent. When i called the cheaptickets they are saying that no refund will be provided as you have to pay service charge, merchantile charge, convience fee. They are like you will get 45 rupees aapko chaiye ya nahi. Was this information helpful? | |||

I have booked a ticket from ixigo for 3 rd nov [indigo 6E-6248, Indigo 6E-946 PNR : KEG2HZ ghy to hyderabad ] and i have cancelled the ticket directly from the airlines. But till now I did not get my money refund and could not get a status regarding the refund.Indigo replied me that they have alerady sent the refund to agency account.
