[Resolved]  Cheating Idea Cellular — Deactivate 3g services and irresponsible

This is pandiaraja from madurai.My number is [protected].On 15th apr 2016 idea offered 1gb 3g plan at 164..I recharged on that time..But company deactivate my 3g without my confirmation.I complaint at 15th apr 16, 26th apr 16 and 27th apr 16(3 times)..But still not clearing this issue.But they sent fake msg(Complaint resolved) at 27th apr 16..Customer care provides irresponsible time commitment(3times)..This pack only 28days validity..Now, almost 12days over..But, still i cant use my data..I'm highly disappointed with idea network..And also going to forward this complaint to trai
