Chennai BSNL — Bill not received and cannot download the bill for the month of Jan 16 Bills

I did not recv the bill for Jan16 till today.While I have paid the bill I would like to recv a duplicate for my record.I visited customer care Web site and tried to download the bill.Ican view the bill amount but not able to download it.I registered my complaint at [protected]@bsnl.co.in.I have not recvd any reply till now.
