Chennai Ford — Ford Ecosport car 2nd service | |||||
I am Narayanan from Chennai own a Ford Ecosport Diesel vehicle for which I asked for 2nd free service from Chennai Ford to pick my vehicle from my home where a Driver name Boopathy came to pick the vehicle who asked me to sign a letter from Chennai Ford mentioning I am solely responsible for any accident/ Damage to my vehicle during the travel to service center which I disagreed to sign. So he left the vehicle without taking my vehicle stating only if I sign the letter. Tried to get in touch with FORD INDIA customer care no.[protected] but there is only voice message stating all the customer service executives are busy for more than 15 minutes and I spoke to Mr Shoaib who has registered the complaint. I would like to launch a complaint against the Chennai Ford and Ford India for the poor and lethargic service after sales. My contact no.[protected] Was this information helpful? | |||||
