Very Poor Service and Attitude - Starting from Owner

I have booked my household articles on 30-May-09 from chennai to bangalore. The guy who came for booking promised me that the goods will be delivered nextday morning. The goods were loaded into a separate truck, but on the way they loaded somebody else material as well. Even repeated remainders nobody in their office able to reply where is the truck. Next day I called their owner Mr. T.KUMAR, his response was so poor, he does not even know how to talk to customer. After repeated calls (wasted 200 Rs on STD bills) they delivered the goods. Not bothered to get my signature in the bills, they themselve signed for me. What a great people. DO NOT BOOK CHENNAI PACKERS

Its disgusting after spending much of money and no value for it. you can do one thing i[censored] have all document in black & White you can defiantly go for consumer court because these kind of people will understand that language only.

Link Packers Chennai — Cheaters

This complain is against Link Packers - Chennai.

I had booked two boxes on 26th July, from Chennai to Kolkata. They promised me

the delivery to Kolkata within a week. It's been more than a month, and I

haven't received my parcel yet.

I have my MBA books in those two boxes along with other important items like

utensils, clothes etc.

I booked it only because they promised delivery within 1 week from 26th July.

I changed my job from Chennai to Gurgaon and sent my household items through

this packer n mover to Kolkata as Kolkata is my home city.
I had the plan that after I receive the parcel (2 boxes), I will take the

important items with me to Gurgaon. I waited for them in Kolkata from 1st

August to 15th August, and then had to move to Gurgaon as my joining date was

on 17th.

Now, it's been more than a month, and I haven't received my two boxes yet.

Now the damage is huge if you consider the following:

1. I have my MBA books in the parcel, and I could not appear for my semester

exam because of this delay.

2. I have now moved to Gurgaon. So, now my parents will again have the spend

money and send the items to Gurgaon.

First, I want my two boxes delivered as soon as possible.
Second, I want them to pay me the amount (Rs.[protected] as the cost of moving

the parcels from Kolkata to Gurgaon.

This is kumar from Gurgaon, Haryana. I was shifted my two wheeler bike(bajaj Discover) from Chennai to Gurgaon 10th October after 1 month 5 days it was delivered to Gurgaon my house at Night 9.00PM with fully covered.

That time I was not open the cover, in next day I was opened I was shocked, it‘s fully damaged for following parts

1. Indicator front and back
2. Back side break light
3. Seat cover
4. Discover name plate
5. Food rest (bend)

Regarding this I have complaint many times to your office, they told we sent the person for repair, up to now nobody coming from your side.

Chennai Packers & Movers — Bad experience with chennai packers

Hi,

I booked my goods (house hold items) in chennai packers on 30th Nov 2009 from chennai to hyderabad. They promised me that they will deliver in 2days. I came to hyd on 2th Dec 2009 and enquired with the company for my goods and they said that they will deliver my goods on 3th Dec. When I enqired next day...next day...no proper reply and today is 11th Dec and till now I haven't received my goods. Please think of my expance in Hyd for this 10 days without my good!!! it is 3times more than what I paid ...

Very poor service ...I am not sure what I have to do at this moment. Please help!!!!

Chennai Packers & Movers — False commitment and cheating

I am the latest victim of chennai packers and movers. From the story i can understand thay are the most cheeating company and why we can't join together to fight against this cheating company. They commited me 2 days for delivery between chennai, charged for individual vehicle and cochin and even after 7 days the materials are not yet reached. What i realised is that they cheated by using a shared vehicle by charging individual vehicle. Lets join together, spent some more money and plan to distroy this cheat's office and he will not do it to others again and again.

I completely understand your problem and it happenned to one of my friend but with different packers and movers company. I will suggest you to give a consumer complaint against this company and i am sure that you will get good compensation from them after this complaint.

I also had one of the bitter experience with this packer called Chennai Packers and Movers. One of the most cheating firm. Wish we altogethr could do something to stop people from getting cheated by them.

I booked my goods from Chennai to Delhi and Chennai to patna. Paid full amount in advance.

Item booked for delhi was received after continous follow up for 45 days and two items were missing costing 10, 000/-. The delivery boy has further taken Rs.500 before agree to deliver locally.

Patna Item was never dispatched for 3 months and finally I had taken back, although I paid advance but they never returned my money in full and deducted Rs.2500. Here also my music system of Philips make was stolen and never been given.

Yeh log bahut bada chor hai, inse bach ke. Beware everyone

Chennai Packers & Movers — Waiting for Goods even after 2 months

I transported my goods from Chennai to MP (Vidisha) Near Bhopal. I booked total 88 Items on 21/11/2008 by Chennai packers & Movers with the assurance that you will get the delivery within 7 - 10 days.
I paid my full amount before dispatching of goods from Chennai and they have taken Rs. 3000 extra for insurance by giving the assurance that the policy you will receive by courier in next 3 days

Today is 22/01/2009 and till now I have not received my goods as well as the insurance policy.

At the time of booking I have given assurance that the same vehicle which comes to your home for packing and loading will deliver the whole goods till your home via route Chennai->Hyderabad->Nagpur->Bhopal->Vidisha (destination).After packing and loading I have provided with a cash receipt of there service charge + a copy of delivery instruction + a declaration list of all my goods and I left Chennai with the assurance that I'll get the delivery within 7 - 10 days
After 7 days of my departure to Vidisha I called “Chennai packers & movers” and they told that vehicle reached to Hyderabad and will reach to you in next 3 days means around 01/12/2008 even then I did not received the delivery and called them again and started receiving assurance for every next days. This was continuous till 10/12/2008.Then When I called after 10/12/08 they have told me that your goods reached to Delhi by a different route and we are very sorry for that and you please call Delhi branch and has given me Mr. Murali's Cell no. Now turn started for Mr. Murali to making me a fool same like Chennai branch people fooled me before.
All the day when I called he said today we are delivering and he was repeating this all the time when I called. Then around 15/12/08 he said it was dispatched last night and please note down Driver Mr. Sanjay's no. and call him. I called so many times to that number but it was never lifted. Then again I called to Murali and he abuses Chennai branch people that they have made some mistake and they need to give some money then only he can dispatch. Now I was shocked and got puzzle about the services of “Chennai packers & movers”. I was continuously doing follow up to Chennai branch & Delhi branch but always got the assurance only that you will get the delivery soon. I made around 300 STD calls during this period and they fooled me in each call.
I have requested them to tell me truth because I planned for a tour in Christmas vacation but they told me that before Christmas I will get the delivery so I cancelled my entire trip and wasted my vacation. on 11/01/09 Again Mr. Murali told that goods are dispatched and given the driver Raj Kumar’s cell no. and for my assurance given me the vehicle no. also and when I called driver he accepted that he is bringing my goods but when I asked the vehicle no. he was shocked and given me a random number then again I felt that the whole team is a fraud including MD Mr. T Kumar because Once I got a chance to talk to him also and that also I got when I called on the behalf of any new customer for enquiry and he has also fooled me and after that I tried to talk to him many times but nobody from his team allowed me.
Now Mr. Murali is saying that goods are in the possession of a different party and they are asking warehouse charges and he is seeking payment from Chennai branch and Chennai branch is not providing the same where as they have taken full amount from me in advance for their services

I can't understand who the responsible person is while we approach for complaints. Till date no solution I got. I understood that “Chennai packers & movers” is not doing business but try to cheat the people when they got their opportunity.

I had a very very WORST experience with this packers.

All i did was I booked Chennai Packers and Movers for the house shifting from Chennai to Bangalore.Thats it. I have invited third grade problem to me loosing my 2 days sleep and patience. Till loading my goods the packers people were very polite, but once loaded and the vehicle left my home, they called to the office to make the payment. Initially they told that they dont have credit card reader and I can make the payment from the nearby petrol pump. When I reached their office Kumar told me that the credit card reader in the petrol pump wont work and I need to go a Jwellery to swipe which will ad 8 % service charge I need to pay.when I asked for the bill amount and the extra details, he said "Please leave" since they have packed my 2-3 lakhs worth goods, I could not refuse. Some took me to a place near to Perambur which almost 5 kms from the packers office for to the payment. I swiped the card there and the jweller took all my personal details as if I baught Jwells for the amount. It lead to somuch of confusion to me.

Later I came to the packers office and requested them to deliver the goods by next day morning and they said ok for that.I have reached Bangalore very next day with my wife and 1.5 years kid by relyingon them that they will deliver the goods by next day.When I called from Bangalore they said there is a problem with the vehicle and its struck somewhere and I will get the goods by 4:00 PM. from then I made 200- 300 phone calls and no proper answer. at last after making so many phone calls to the owner and the local contact in Bangalore I got my ggods day after next day with damages . In th emean time, the Owner abused me for the repeated calls whereas I was totally worried about my valuables.

The chairman and Managing Director of the Chennai packers and movers is third grade rowdy who threatens the customers after loading the goods.I wont ask you to go these if you wanna shift peacefully.

Their pakcing is not good. Also I was following them from morning and they were bought the material by midnight 12. Lot of materials got damaged and they haven't given me the insurance papers. They are not at all responding for the phone calls and e-mails. Please don't go with Chennai Packers.

i have shipped a goods from chennai to blore and paid 10000..and balance 5000 will be paid after deliverying the goods.. they said they will deliver in 2 days..but when call on 3rd day morning they said me to pay balance 5k would deliver the item in 1 hour...within 30 minutes i have transferred the money to their ICICI account..After transfering money the guy who booked and arranged the transport has not picked my calls..So i have contacted blore branch and asked for goods..they said package is on the way..you would receive by 2 hours..we have not received the goods even after the evening..we have been calling many times, they used to tell will be delivered within a day..but i didn't receive my goods.after stresing they said that due to lack of labour we didn't ship our goods.they promised to deliver next day...it was like same as first day not received..again i called to chennai branch..some legal advisor has promised to deliver the goods but if not delivered he will not take responsibility.. you have call the banglore branch, ..we said that we file a police complaint..after legal advisor push we got our goods with bad condition...Worst packers of chennai...we will not able to track the our items...the person who arranged the transport and paid the money wil not pick the phones after goods are dispatched..once money is paid and goods are dispatched we have to call them always and ask for the goods...i have searched they will not deliver in time and delivery condition of goods is very poor...scratchs on all the packers materials like bed, fridge, washing machine...they delivered the goods as a scrap...no proper ...please dont go to this packers you lose your, respect, patience and goods.

Sir I am one of the sufferers like you. Have you received your package? Because 23 days gone. They are tellung continuous false words regarding my consignment.

Cni logistics Pvt Ltd. — Time less delivery

A consignment of 24 items of entire house hold goods
was entrusted for delivery at Mumbai and the
agreed date was 28 AUgust. Today is 08 September
till now, there is no trace of my goods. The so called
MD is irresponsible and in total loss of control of
affairs of the comp[any. He changes voices and
informs that he is not there!

With reference to the above bill number, Please be noticed that we were committed by the representatives Mr.Madhu, Mr.Selvam, Mr.Dhanuj etc that they will dispatch the goods in a day they said that 26th Morning of it is uploaded in Bangalore it will be delivered on 27th Morning 10Am – 10.30Am.

It is very disappointing that though they’ve uploaded the things promptly by 26th Morning, It hasn’t yet got delivered as promised. The more disappointing thing is that there wasn’t any update to us on the delay due the absence of driver and inability to move from there on the committed day. We were waiting here taking leave in office with lot of difficulties. After which when we called Mr. Selvam @ [protected] and his Manager Mr.Balaji @ [protected] there wasn’t any proper response or apology for the delay instead as the argument went on Mr.Balaji on [protected] is threatening us as to how we will get things safer and all that which is seriously unexpected from a branded company staff. Its only for the trust factor we do choose Chennai Packers & Movers otherwise we could have chosen a local transport as on the same day within 6 hrs we could moved all the things here and now that trust factor also goes on toss.

Then Mr.Balaji, Manager had confirmed the delivery by 10AM next morning which also didn't happen. It is almost 3 days, no information on the status of the goods.

Need your immediate attention and mail confirmation ASAP.

Chennai packer & movers are answerable for all this discrepancies occuring and the mental pressure we undergo due to the miscommunication and wrong commitments.

Undue delay, not responding, rudeness and irresponsibility are the experiences you will get if you book by Chennai packers and movers.

I had a traumatic experience of my house hold goods reaching me after 1 month of booking from chennai to Delhi when it takes only 10 days by other transporters.

Even then my TV is lost.Numerous STD phone calls result in rude responses from some office staff while the MD is not reachable adn does not care to attend customer complaints.

My plea to all who plan to engae packers and movers is to avoid chennai packers and movers like plague.

Chennai Packers and Movers...Please stop your business and shutdown your company and go home.

I opted chennai Packers&Movers for relocation(house hold items) from Mumbai to Bangalore. It happened on 30 may 08 with valuable goods like sofa, steel alamira, etc. The total no of goods are 53, but when it reached bangalore it was only 43 items. The remaining items i have received after 10 days by making number of calls. When i recived the items, the sofa set has been completely damaged. And i told them i wont accept it. Even they have collected Rs.3000/- for Insurance, but till today they have not shown the insurance copy. No 1 cheating company. They have taken my sofa set to chennai for repair, till now i have not received it. And 1 matress is missing. Nobody responding for my calls. To be honest, i can say "Please dont approach Chennai Packers and Movers for relocating the house hold items".

ABNORMAL DELAY & AND RESPONDING

I've opted Chennai Packers & Movers for shifting my house hold things from Chennai to Coimbatore (495 Kms). They took about 56 hours to deliver the same at Coimbatore.

This was also made possible only after we went to their Coimbatore Office and asked one of our family fried working in Police department to give a call to them.

The refrigerator was also found damaged.

Apart from all these things the response from the people in Chennai as well as Coimbatore offices is very pathetic and not tolerable.

CHENNAI PACKERS & MOVERS TO BE AVOIDED TOTALLY. THEY ARE TOTALLY NOT FIT TO BE IN THIS TRADE.

When all these things are happening at their CBE Office, one lady waiting in their office for booking. I've clearly told my problem to her and asked her to look for some other good packers and movers. But, I do not know what they have done.

I called the representatives of Chennai Packers, but after seeing these posts, immediately called the guy and told him not to come and told him " your customers are sooo unhappy and your known for very very poor service and very bad attitude.

The guy who came to my house was sent out unceremoniously. I feel they deserve such treament.

House hold things — stupid peoples in chennai packers and movers

I have sent my house hold things from hyderabad to Vellore.
The date is on18th of may 2009 from hyderabad.

In chennai after calling your people many times I asked them to give it in chennai itself.

Around May 2nd week I got some of the things from you people
In that 4 buckets are missing.
I called your people several times by wasting my money.
But no response from your side.

Is this fair to do for the customers.
I paid Rs.6000/- fro this transport.

By getting money from me and robbing my things is not good.

If you are serving good bussiness please sent me the things back.

Prestige Packers and Movers are VERY VERY VERY VERY BIGGGGGGGGGGGGG CHEATERS

I sent my house hold things from bangalore to chennai. They disconnected the cot and dining table and told me that they will sent one carpenter from chennai office to fix this. And also the person who got the things were not ready to keep all the things in house. I really got angry after paying 9800/- Rs. I called them many times and no response. most of the times did not respond. many times I was told that "pathme call karenge". And also fridge got damaged and bush got broken. This is the kind of service these people do.

If anyone want to book pacakers, please do not book this packers.


They will cheat you like anything. Your mind will be in full tension.
