Chennai Traffic Police — Road block by auto illegal activities in auto

Sir iam Suresh kumar, in my street so many autos are parked, if any emergency
Ambulance 🚑 able to come, all bikes are parked horizontally, some people drinking in the auto, do illegal activities, public can't able to walk, they are teasing ladies,
So many times we call in police station
That time only people are run, after few minutes they assembled.
