Chevrolet — Beat Car - Brake Failure, new brand car

I'm very much disappointed with quality of the material used in vehicle, bought on 4th Jan'17 and just used in only Feb month. How come break failure could happened in new vehicle??????

My vehicle got hit with the other vehicle which has big damage to my car and other car. Because of manufacturing fault, i've been paralyzed. Thanks God, no human being injured
No hearing from company

Very much strange as because no one is interested to provide any solution, 10 days is over, multiple times called and sent mail but no revert at all
