Chevrolet India — A Complaint for charging for a part which hasn't been fitted while car repair | |||
This is in regards to a Complaint for charging for a part which hasn't been fitted while car repair by Shiva Motors, Site-IV, Sahibabad, Ghaziabad, (UP) for my car no UP14AR7747, Model Spark. My car has been repaired by the above mentioned Chevrolet Authorized dealer. In the bill that I've paid on 24th Nov, there are 2 items (Plz see Sr no 14 & 15 of the attached bill) which as per dealer have been replaced in my car and I've been charged for new parts. When I checked my car, I found that these parts have not even replaced and the old part are there as it is. I spoke to the Manager, Shiva Motors (Shamim) on 25th Nov, 2016 who assured me that he'll check it and will talk to me in a day or two which hasn't happened yet. I received a call from Shiva Motors[protected] on afternoon of 27th Nov asking for a feedback. I quoted the same feedback to them. I was assured that Shamim would return a call ASAP which has not happened as yet. I would like to let you know that I've claimed the Insurance company as well for the damages. To my surprise, the Surveyor, Anil Kumar, has completed the RI as well post which I've received the vehicle from the Dealer. Even after making them aware about the situation, they do not bother themselves to correct their mistake. I would like you to treat this e-mail as an official complaint against Shiva Motors. Also, I would like to know the price of these parts which I am sure are overcharged as per the bill. Please try to reach me after 12 noon on any day. Was this information helpful? | |||
