I have all valid legal documents pertaining to purchase of my chevrolet spark car (Mh-12-jz-3401) from an authorised chevrolet dealer (Singh motors) in pune on 1st june 2013.

However, between chevrolet and their authorised dealer, they have incorrect details listed in their system. Because of their incompetency and inefficiency, i am being denied my rightful and legal benefits.

The service station refused to replace parts within warranty even though the car is still under the 3 years service warranty. Now, i am being denied the extended warranty benefit.

The chevrolet customer service team - gaurav arora (Complaint no.[protected] requested me to send documents which prove the correct date of purchase - this in addition to valid documents already provided . However, post sending the email, there has been no response from chevrolet.

I am awaiting a resolution to this complaint in writing as i no longer trust an unethical company like chrevrolet india and their authorised dealers.

Their service/complaint executive, rishabh/aziz have informed me that i will receive a call from their area manager - kedar choudhary... Awaiting that call.

      My Chevrolet beat bought on 2011 sep at Kln motors chennai .on 2015 ..after 43000 km it's start black smoke in my car exaste then we replaced tubo charges with my cost of 17 k...now again same black smoke coming ...last week done service they replaced turbo under warranty alonge with that oral service cost of Rs9700...now the same problem with new turbo charged replace ...black smoke heavy coming ...contacting Kln service advisor ..he said it's common issue, and he said your engine is week condition...my car only ran 47000 km..then how it's become week...even my brother using maruthi swift vdi more than 60000..its no smoke and problem at all...pls help me out from its issue...my Chevrolet engine week means how people have trust with this company...pls contact my [protected]...

        My name is Indrajeet jatav and i have my own chevrolet beat the chasis no is MAGBFBGNCCT031436 and year of purchase is 2012.
        My concern is i am very perticular for service of m car regarding kilometers or yearly use and i have regularly changing oils everytime when sugested me because i want the best service from you no matter how much you charge me .
        Even i had not miss single perticular date for servicing my car .
        But last service i was dissappointed the service center in Ahmedabad city near makarba area told me that the engine of your car is failed and you have to 40000 rs sir.i really shoked, sir let me tell you if the persone is so honest and loyal with his car regarding hos service and i have each and every proof you want that not a single time i miissed to change the oil of car in last years.
        I have each and every proof with me .
        But i am dissappointed by taking our car as in comparison of chevrolet motors rest of company's car good as i am paying 5, 50000 rs for car and your center told me that the engine of your car is gone and we need to change it as i am very much perticualr about my service of car.
        You have to change it in free to me as in this case its clearly shows your company making fault and i am not going to pay a single Rs.
        I am also willing to fight against you in consumer court as you wont give me any trust full ans also i will put this case in my local newspaper.

        Sir trust me i am so genuine persone and i have all of proof, and still till today my car in your service center and i will take legal action .

          Please dont buy any chevrolt vehicle..these are fraud ... they wont give service n toooo expensive... you will not get any assistance from this people after you get any problem..they are sitting to make money n all employees are not properly trained .after few years they willclose the outlet and you will suffer for rest of year...
          Pls dont buy any chevrolet car... you will suffer...100%

            Vehicle – Chevrolet Beat Diesel LS -- 2011 Model- Only 28, 000km in 4.5 years

            Serviced and maintained by Gee Yem Service Centre (Kottayam and Muttom)

            Total Expense in 4 year:
            • Vehicle cost – 5, 00, 000 .00
            • Paid service 6 – 30, 000.00
            • Tyre Change - 12, 000.00 (at 18, 000 km!!)
            • Other minor repair works – 6, 000.00
            • Fuel Injection pump- 3, 500.00(under warranty) am not sure they really replaced it. Because mileage reduced to 15km/l from 20km/l after this service.
            • Power steering – Not yet solved. Estimated cost 18, 000.00
            Existing Complaints:
            • Leakage in turbo hose
            • Very low mileage
            • Engine not smooth and weird sound while cranking.
            • Suspension
            Last but the least GEE YEM the authorized service centre.
            Why can't Chevrolet take care of its customers? An unreliable car with poor service means you can say bye bye bye to reputation.

              I gave a car Chevrolet aveo DL4CAD5433 for service on 17/1/2016.
              Company send there dfive to pick and drop the car, but there driver were all untrained, don't know how to handle car.
              While taking car to service centre they met with accident and damaged the left side of Bumber and broke a left headlight..
              After service they delibratly returend car late night, so there will ne no or less sunlight and the damage may be not noticed be car owner.
              Later we notice the damage to car.

              Even there service quality wad very poor, infact worse.
              Did not clean the car mats and used the bad quality liquid to clean the car seats that all the car seats are also damaged.
              Did not grease the doors of car.

                  This is regarding the model issue, we had booked the vehicle in Jan 2016 and got this in Feb 2016.. We had clearly specified we need 2016 model (every part) & Vibrant had assured the vehicle will be of 2016.

                  Though the glass clearly says it is off 2015, tyres are of 2014. This has got a huge disappointed and embarrassment. Being a layman we recognize the vehicle based on the model written in the mirror.

                  I request you to take this vehicle back and get us a vehicle which clearly says 2016 everywhere.. We are not bothered how it works, from where you get the glass, we will wait for 1 day and escalate this to Media, Chevrolet and GM CEOs and Directors I hope you understand the severity of the issue.

                  We escalated this to Managlore Sales Manager Mr. Rizwan which was of no help, we even escalated to Chevrolet Customer care who could do nothing.

                  Please get in touch with whosoever is responsible and action it. I have three more vehicles from Toyota and Ford which doesn't have these issues.

                  If GM does it, its a shame. I am going to bring this to the notice of media also write an email to PM Narendra Modi on the same.

                      This complaint is regarding improper serveices provided by the chevrolet showroom in raipur named vardhaman motors at pachpedi naka, Raipur, Chattisgarh, India
                      We asked for headlight front and side mirror one and half years back. That were out of stock according to the showroom at that time. We said ti contact us regarding same as they are available. Since then till yesterday we are being inquiring the same.. and unfortunately they are out of stock till date.
                      This type of customer services regarding parts was not expected by such a reputed company and its outlets.
                      Kindly look into the matter.
                      Severly dissatisfied with the services.

                        I booked beat petrol on 23/12/15 and paid full amount now they avoiding me to give beat and the dealer is pushing to buy kwid which is the sister concern of the dealer
                        I booked beat petrol in ARAS who is nagercoil dealer and paid full amount on 23/12/15 now they postponing the car delivery and i think they pushing me to buy kwid fro renault which is their another dealership

                            I own a Chevrolet Sail (Reg/Date - 14 May 2013/Chassis No MA6SD33ADDT010340). Body parts have started rusting and paint is chipping off from those areas. I have registered a complaint with GM customer care and got my car checked from the car dealer Shiva Motors, Sector-8, Noida, GB nagar. During the inspection they took car photographs and accepted that the car is rusting from multiple areas and offered me to repaint the rusted parts on January 19, 2016 . I am not convinced with the solution . What if there are other parts that show rusting after my car is out of warranty, will Chevrolet guarantee repaint of the rusted parts ? This is a quality issue and manufacturing defect, the areas where the paint is chipping off you can see there is no antirust coating . I need a permanent solution to this problem .

                            This is the complaint number[protected] that was registered with Chevrolet customer care January 11, 2016. I have not been contacted by Chevrolet regarding my complaint. After contacting the customer care on January 29, 2016 after two weeks Neha and Varun kumar from the customer care informed me that there is no complaint registered and they cannot find the complaint number anymore in their system and i will have to log the case again and wait for another 48 working hours to hear back from them. If i don't hear back from them i will contact the customer care again by February 1, 2016. Chevrolet is not taking the customer complaints seriously at all and i am doubtful that care to resolve the problem. I want to take legal action against Chevrolet for cheating the customer . Can you guide me on filing a complaint with the Consumer court?

                                  Its my immense grief to inform you that am deeply disappointed with the service of such a reputed car manufacturer. Two time i have replaced the turbo of my chevorlet beat and the fact is the problem still persist.now my car is in kannur-kerala survice centre. They told me a new problum ie, to replace the fuel pumb and it cost Rs.22000.i am already have the extended warranty but no use of it. I have many bitter experiance in your service...

                                    I have given chevrolet spark to service center orange chevrolet service center, Sanath Nagar Hyderabad. There was no problem in the power window and service executive checked this. When I received the car after service it was not working at all. When I asked them about this they said they are not responsible for this (although I am sure it went out of order after they washed it) and I need to bear the cost. They just gave me autocop (power window company) and told me to get it repaired from them and bear the cost. It's very frustrating to get out of order car after service. I want all the expenses related to the power window to be bear by chevrolet service center, SanathNagar .
