Nikhil automobile service center at uran fata nerul is worst service center. I have requested to fix for some specific complaints but instead of fixing the issue they did only where they can make the money. I have logged complaints to fix door lock and windows issue, indicator problem. They not fixed any of them instead did normal servicing and charged more than 15000 for basic services. I felt completely cheated. They do not have part available but they do not tell before serviceing. I would never suggest any one to go nikhil new service center at uran fata. Better go to road side local service center. They are better than this service center.

Had given my enjoy car for servicing at nikhil motors nerul, more than10days had pass till today they are not giving proper information. Till date the advicer was telling they want confirmation for replacing the ac motor and door lock, brake linner which i had complained in previous service at that time they told as there is checkup camp going we do it next time. Now they are denying there statemant as the advisor has left the job. Now the current advisor is so arrogant that is say i am not the person to talk y'all with chevrolet company owner and also says that the previous advisor was not qualified, so now he can't do anything about it. So he had send for approval now he had send such things which i not told to do, first he told ur ac motor has to be replace, after 10days he says now it is good so we are fixing as it is. It mean they are not at all checking and just claiming it not working, today after 10day they saying ur battery is not working. As from the sending the car for service, they haven't given any information from there side we have call them every time tell us that we don't know anything we will ask advisor and let u know and for the whole day same answers. Even we had complained on complain no. What should i do now are they are going to give my vehicle back or not please let me know. This type of service was not expected from chevrolet even we had paid for extended warranty at the time of purchase.
