Hello, guys this gallops chevrolet sarkej in ahmedabad the guy manoj patel as service adivisor.. gave my car after service. the car doesnt have engine oil also at the same day i got my car wrecked due to paddle of accleration was stuck... this guyz and also another one... this guy should be shamefull and should have guts to tell that if you are not able to service car and cheating to customer is not service

    I own a chevrolet sail diesel purchased in aug 2015.
    It met with an accident in oct 2015.
    The car was in sparsh service centre dwarka for many days and still some of the work was not completed that time properly, so i had to visit them few more times to get the same work repaired. It was somehow done, not upto satisfaction but had to manage.

    Then after a month or so the car heated up and a/c blet broke down.
    I took it to okhla service station that time, being in warranty still i had to pay few bills for getting it fixed.
    I was told that every thing has been replaced and now the car is as good as new, however that did not happen and i got the same heating issue after 1 month.

    So again i took the car to okhla service station, again they kept it for few days and gave me a big bill to get the same work done which was done last time regarding a/c.
    I paid all the bills but just requested that i should not face these kind of issues again and i was s=assured that everything has been replaced with new parts.
    But today again i got the same heating problem and car stopped while i was driving.
    Inspite of the fact that the service was done 10 days back at sparsh service station dwarka.
    Even that time the cleaning was not done properly and all the work as was promised was not done.

    This happens everytime. The time commitment is never made by chervolet.

    Ever for same work i have to visit many times sometimes to dwarka service station or someitmes to okhla service station.

    Everytime fake promises has been made regarding the time and work.
    Work is never completed or maybe the service stations are using corrupted or old parts and charging money for new parts.

    As the car keeps on facing some issues.

    Please tell me if this is the service we expect from chevrolet.

    Some prompt and strict action will be appreciated.

        GOOD AFTER NOON

        My Name is Deepak Kumar Swarnkar from Jaipur (Rajasthan) i have Chevrolet Beat (Diesel) Nov, 2012 Model Running KM 55, 000.
        continue i had given the car to Chevrolet Authorised dealer for service and last service was done on 50000 KM (Full Service charges Rs.10, 000) and only after 5000 KM running after the service Terbo not working and Engine seized.

        i think this problem occur gradually and if service center had checkup properly at the time of service at 40000 KM and 50000KM it can be detected which was ignored and this ignorance converted into huge loss which will be born by me only.

        so this is my point that why such ignorance happen even after paying so much at the time of service and who must be panalise for this either me (even after timely service and payment) or service center for ignorance.

                  I'm very much disappointed with quality of the material used in vehicle, bought on 4th Jan'17 and just used in only Feb month. How come break failure could happened in new vehicle??????

                  My vehicle got hit with the other vehicle which has big damage to my car and other car. Because of manufacturing fault, i've been paralyzed. Thanks God, no human being injured

                      My Car model Oil Enjoy Diesel LS 8 Seater 2013 make kms travelled 53000 now having problems in oil level drops down after every long trip of 400 - 600 km run.

                        My complaint is not yet solved.

                        I wish to let you know how gallops motors executives are driving me other way.
                        Because as I have already said that engine cover was there when I handed over the car .
                        But they denied.
                        They didn't show me my car with open front bonnet while giving back in my hand.
                        So it was a well plan cheating on me.
                        Now they are asking me to buy a new one.
                        I am being cheated by the Gallops motors Ahmedabad.
                        I am already inform your dealer M/S vardhaman Motors Raipur C.G 10/02/2017 But No any response vehicle is already warranty period so plz solve our vehicle problem as soon as possible.

                          I have 2012 chevy cruze LTZ AT. It's air conditioning system is not working for the last 6 months. I have been sending my car to the dealer in meerut. But in first few visits their computer was out of order and later they changed some valve and took thousands of rupees but ac is still not working. Serviced the car just weeks ago, when asked for ac repair. Same answer plz wait machine not working. it is still winter. Should I wait till scorching summer comes?

                            I had Purchase[protected] Chevrolet Cruze LTZ, Model - 2012, Maine Megha Auto Deales (I) Pvt Ltd, Me Service K Liye Bheji Gadi Me Clutch Ki Problem Thi aur kuch aur bhi problems thi. service k liye dealers me Advisor Salman Charge Lete hai maine unko gadi de di unke according 5 days me handover kar denge car aur wo gadi time se nahi handover kar paye unhone meri gadi .[protected] ko handover ki .[protected] ko Time : 5: 40 pm ko kharab ho gayi fir maine customer care ;pe call ki but call not to connect fir next day megha auto dealers se time 10:30 am pe baat hui and share my problems and reply aata hai ki half hour me apki gadi pic karwa li jaygi. jab 1 ghante k baad bhi koi call ya response nahi aata tho maine dobara call ki to wo log bolte hai ki gadi tou nahi ho paygi meri gadi ka engine khrab hai to wo log kehte hai ki aap 1550 rupee ka plan le lijye tho 1 year tak apki gadi kahi bhi khrab hoti tho company tou karaygi. to maine bola aap abhi mera problem solve kar dijye then i have to purchase your plan next time.uske baad company ne koi bhi followup nahi kiya .then maine customer care ko call ki aur puri baat batayi unhone 24 hours ka tat diya aur ek complain number diya[protected] aur isko resolve karne ka 12 ghante ka time diya .and next day mujhe call aati hai megha auto dealer i traf se aur unhone meri gadi dusre din lagbhag 5:30 pm ko mangwai .then again next day maine apni taraf se call, ki company ko tho udhar se batate hai apki gadi complete hai apki gadi me koi khrabi nahi hai.aap gadi le ja sakte hai tho maine bola meri gadi me starting me bhi kuch problems hai tho unhone kaha ki gadi ki battery change karwa lijye maine kaha thik hai aap gadi ki battery change kar de tho junhone bataya aap bahar lagwa lijye ye 3000 rupee hamare yaha mehengi milegi apko tho maine kaha ye meri dream car hai mai isme koi compromise nahi chahta hun.tho unhone battery change kar di maine kaha gadi aap bhej dijye tho pucha gaya apka payment mode kya hoga tho maine bola cash hoga hya cheq hoga tho unhone kaha humlog cheq lete nahi hai aur cash k lite koi banda athorize nahi hai, ab mai hi kal apki gadi dene aa sakta hoon to maine kaha agar aisi koi baat hai to aap gadi ki battery niklwa lijiye tab to gadi bhej sakte hai to unhone bataya batata hu .uske baad agle din fir maine salman ji se bat ki tho salman ji ne phone mera pic nahi kiya aur jab maine megha auto p landline pe call karke apni gadi ka status pucha tho unhone call dissconnect kar di tab se lekr abtak mai sirf customer care pe baat karta rehta hun complaint number leta rehta hoon aur rely mujhe yahi milta h ki apki complaint resolve kar di gayi hai.jab kal payment lekr mera ek banda gaya gadi lene tho waha par koi work manager lady thi unhone bola customer care pe aap hamara kya kar lenge jo baar2 aap waha call karte hai agar apko chevrolet ki gadi rakhna hai thi megha auto dealers se sambandh bana k rakhye tho mere bande se thoda violence ho gayi aur usne waha se gadi uthayi nahi tho unhone dhamki di ki apko apni gadi le jani padegi warna apko yard ka bhi extra paisa dena padega ye megha auto dealer hai chevrolet ki company nahi hain aap custemer care per complaion karte rahiye aur hum log complain close karwate rahenge hamri wajah se to lucknow me cherovolet ka showroom aur workshop chal raha hai .iske pehle bhi maine ek complain ki thi[protected] ko ( [protected]) iska bhi koi jawab nahi aaya, fir maine aaj compain ki tho purani complain reopen ki meri aur 12 ghante ka samay manga .i was really reduculas poor service dealers and customer care .

                              My car is consuming more engine oil so we have given engine oil complaint to fusion motors vijayawada. We have given complaint in warranty time. Then they said that they have changed engine oil and said to drive 1000 kms to check the engine oil consumption. After driving 1000 kms we went to give them again they said to drive 1000kms. This is prolonged for one and half year, then we handed over the car to the company on[protected]. The company was not reacted any thing about our complaint. So we went to vijayawada office after 40 days then he said company has not taken any decision about the vehicle. So please take necessary action.

So pls arrange to replace four tyres Excluding Good year Company

                                I have a chevrolet beat diesel car with reg number wb 06j 7684. Today i came to my nearest workshop : speed chevrolet service center, kolkata. I wanted to do the regular servicing as well as some issue resolution. One of the issue was - a sound coming from the steering wheel while turning it left or right. They said my steering column needs to be replaced. I was ok for it and i had extended warranty as well. Now they are saying they dont have parts. When i requested them to order it they didnt agree saying it will take too much time and i was ok for the delay. But still they were not ok to take care of this one, due to some internal issue. One of the staffs unofficially told me that since this part is expensive (Approx 30k rs) md of the service center is not willing to invest. I checked with a few other service centers as well and everywhere i am seeing the same issue, no ine has the part and neither they are willing to order.

                                Being a customer is this what we expect as an after sell service? Where should we go for the issues of the cars then? My extended warranty would be expired by 30th march 2017, is this the reason everyone is delaying so that i need to pay? Then why are you offerring extended warranty?

                                I am currently based out of glasgow and came to india for home visit and will return by first week of jan. My car is getting used by my aged parrent so i would appreciate if you look after this issue on an urgent basis to sort this out before i leave.

                                  My car mh12hv2670 was given for servicing in jun16 to nikhil auto dealer.ac cooling was very slow. They said whole ac kit need to be changed. They charged very high for it. Now whenever i go on long drive, if ac kept on it gives smell of burning something. Complained to that dealer many times they didnt responded back. They did the carban cleaning and said there will not be any start up car problem. Still am facing the start up issue. They just take money in high rates but service is not genuine. Never give any one's car for servicing in nikhil auto as they damage the original parts.

                                    My car no PB10ET0648 Beat car of chevrolet motors is going to be out of warranty soon on 13 december 2016.there is a promblem in steering assembly and house pipe which are covered in warranty by general motors.i have visited all the local service centre of authorized chevrolet in ludhiana and i also visited akriti world (authorized chevorlet service centre in jalandhar) but no solution to my problem is still found..call the costumer care centre and they gave a complaint no.[protected] and second one is [protected]..i have seen the worst service ever and i am going to complaint to judicinal court and also to every media, if my promblem didn't solve before my warranty void..bad service ever by general motors

                                      This is in regards to a Complaint for charging for a part which hasn't been fitted while car repair by Shiva Motors, Site-IV, Sahibabad, Ghaziabad, (UP) for my car no UP14AR7747, Model Spark.

                                      My car has been repaired by the above mentioned Chevrolet Authorized dealer.

                                      In the bill that I've paid on 24th Nov, there are 2 items (Plz see Sr no 14 & 15 of the attached bill) which as per dealer have been replaced in my car and I've been charged for new parts. When I checked my car, I found that these parts have not even replaced and the old part are there as it is. I spoke to the Manager, Shiva Motors (Shamim) on 25th Nov, 2016 who assured me that he'll check it and will talk to me in a day or two which hasn't happened yet.

                                      I received a call from Shiva Motors[protected] on afternoon of 27th Nov asking for a feedback. I quoted the same feedback to them. I was assured that Shamim would return a call ASAP which has not happened as yet.

                                      I would like to let you know that I've claimed the Insurance company as well for the damages. To my surprise, the Surveyor, Anil Kumar, has completed the RI as well post which I've received the vehicle from the Dealer.

                                      Even after making them aware about the situation, they do not bother themselves to correct their mistake.

                                      I would like you to treat this e-mail as an official complaint against Shiva Motors.
                                      Also, I would like to know the price of these parts which I am sure are overcharged as per the bill.

                                      Please try to reach me after 12 noon on any day.

                                        I rang the Calicut Chevorlett dealer to make an appointment to service my car, but I was told that I need to go THERE and pay in advance for any parts that I MIGHT NEED!!! I asked if I could pay directly to their account but was told that I cannot do that!!! What planet are they living in. I do not live in Calicut and the nearest service that I would have liked to take my car was Calicut or may be Mangalore.

                                        I guess you have a policy to not sell any parts so that I can get the work done via reliable people that I trust.
