This is to inform you that i had submitted my car in megha dealers kursi road lucknow after meeting an accident on diwali. My car is zero depth insured from chevrolet. I was promised that my car will be maintained within 15 days. I was told that front left door and panel will be replaced and some nakka is broken and will be replaced. I was also informed that i will be charged rs 1400 approximately. After 15 days i received a call that wheel alignment could not be done as machine is out of order rest problem has been fixed. I was told that rs 7600 has to be paid. I inquired why i was being charged this much. They told it was due to suspension damage and a bearing costing rs 3300 was replaced which is not covered by insurance. Although i was given a verbal estimate of rs 1400 the final bill amount to 7600. I was not informed of any suspension damage initially. Kindly look into the matter. Dr esam mahmood.
