Chevrolet India — beat fuel pump failure

I own a Chevrolet Beat car, it is in the Sector 5 Dwarka Workshop from the last 15 days..the company has not taken any efforts to solve the problem...the fuel pump has been replaced still the problem persists, the mechanic has threw open almost all the car and are not even trying to solve my problem as soon as possible.
I have been disabled by the physical absence of my car, and, the company has not taken any initiative to even provide me a car as replacement till my car gets repaired, whereas all other companies provide a replacement car till the car gets repaired.
