Chevrolet India — can't open front left side door with central lock

Its been a month and I can't open my door lock, Chevrolet Aveo uva. I tried in many ways still than its not opening even with the central lock.(front left side door) its not opening from inside too. I tried with key from outside and still than its not working.
So if company could show how to unlock the door, it would b very helpful to me through out my life.
