Chevrolet India — Complain about Romi Motors Kanpur

I had sent my Beat car for servicing and AC repair to Romi Motors Kanpur on 25/5/15 .In the afternoon they informed me that AC has defective cooling coil and some other problems and it will cost about rs 6000. I told him to do the AC work. After that they informed me that AC can not be repaired because some of the parts are not available right now and only servicing was done. In the evening when i got the bill i was surprised to see that they have mentioned in bill that i have refused for AC work which is not true . After that I did many calls to Romi Motors and every time they assured me to call me back after 10 min but I did not get any information regarding the repair of Beat AC.
