Chevrolet India — email about winning prize

Dear sir,
Yesterday i received one email about winning rs. 3, 35, 00, 000/-inr and one chevrolet 6x jeep and i replied by sharing my name, age, address, mobile no. After some time they texted me to pay 18, 500 rupees for the delivery by (Diplomat frank ban) and i didn't responded but then they texed me to recheking my address abd send it again to then so that thay can reach me. And today i got a phone call from this no. [protected] and thay said me "have u payed the amount which we said? Pay it to get your winning amout" so is this fake or true
