Chevrolet India — fraud

I got a email from Chevrolet car company that I have won a lottery and a car I paid all the charges about 12 lacs the bank that is involved is rbs bank Delhi branch they used to ask me Money for code, transfer etc the Madam name is Grace khushi I wanted my money that I paid from my account back they refused and they have also told many times that they will transfer my money and then ask money and tell imf asked money international monetary fund
