My most horrible experience with an organization ever. My car is under insurance repair and is lying ready in dulichand workshop for two weeks now. But they are unable to make a bill because of a stupid excuse of gst implementation. I am facing this harassment for over a month now. My car was given to them for repair on 1st of may 2017 and still i am awaiting delivery.
Since gm has stopped sales in india they have probably they have started to ignore their valuable customers. It is funny and ridiculous to see that they have a quote laminated in their customer service desk saying-they promise to continue service to their existing customers even though gm sales has been stopped in india.
This is really really horrible and intolerable to see that someone can mistreat a client who once had been their valuable customer and leave him in a miserable state.
