Chevrolet India — Service personnel timely management of service issue | |||
Dear sir, This is to bring to your kind notice that i had met your service engineer mr muneer from kollam service centre near ashramam of deedi motors pvt limited with an complaint for my car on 18/05/17 vehicle no kl02aj3642, invoice no 000629, the malfunction in my car was made know to me by the service engineer and he convinced me to pay an advance money of rs5000/- which i did on the same date which was ment for ordering some dsr car cable which was not in the present service unit and asked me to come after 12 days by the time he gareenteed the availability of product hence get my car fully serviced. With great discomfort and regret i have to say till date it's close to one month when i get in touch with your service engineer he claims that the ordered stock has not reached the kollam deedi servicing centre. What should i do was it my fault that i brought a chevrolet car and beg in front of your service engineer to get it repaired. Do note that it's a rainy season and most probably i use my car to go to office and when i need my car the most i am not able to use it. Kindly look into the matter and help me in this regard.
