Chevrolet India — Test drive & valuation

There is no value of dulichand auto, authorized dealer in kolkata of chevrolet cars. They ring me, after i showed interest in chevrolet beat car on internet. They assured me for test drive and for valuation of my old beat car, before one week. But till today, i have not received any call from them. Please let me know, what is the procedure?
