Chevrolet — Registration not done

Dear Sir, It's been 3 months I bought Chevrolet Beat Diesel LT, from your authorized dealer Raj N Dibyani Automobiles from Bongaigaon, Assam. At the time of delivering the car, the dealer has taken fees for insurance & registration. But till date they have not handed over the the registration of the our car. I have visited several times to your dealer but still they didn't provide me the registration no. In fact when I ask them regarding these matters they shifted me/my call from one person to another.
